NYC Muslims protest police spying inside muslims neighbourhoods

Hundreds of Muslims prayed in lower Manhattan and planned a march on New York Police headquarters on November 18 to protest a decade of NYPD spying inside Muslim neighborhoods.

Demonstrators are protesting against the reportedly heavy-handedness of New York Police Department (NYPD) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on Muslim communities and neighbourhoods in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, according to media reports. The protesters were joined by people affiliated with Occupy Wall Street.
